In the world of organized football, some clubs, like the iconic FCBarcelona are ran by communities through a paid club membership system (hence the title, FC -Football Club- or in our case, SC -Sport Club-), giving its members voting rights in matters pertaining the running of said club.

And Forjães SC is no different. A member (or “sócio” in Portuguese) is someone who believes that it takes a village to make Forjães the biggest little club in the world… and our members do just that! Every member (over 18 yrs of age at time of elections) has the opportunity to exercise their voting rights and having their voice heard.

It is a responsibility that brings joy, passion and a sense of ownership to our members and consequently, with our members’ financial support through paying our annual membership, all proceeds from our memberships help us fund Forjães SC making your investment a vital part of our journey towards the top tiers of professional football in Portugal.
